Outline of Final Research Achievements

We have developed a biosensor combining electrochemical detection with an immuliposome that encapsulates high concentration (0.4M) of potassium ferrocyanide. The liposome stably encapsulated the complex in over one month. Then we found that our method using a microplate enabled to detect BSA protein: interestingly the method does not need blocking procedure. Finally we successfully detected influenza virus of 1 x 104 PFU/mL within 20 min with our method that can be expected to be practically utilized.
