Outline of Final Research Achievements

Peptide drugs having the advantages of small-molecule medicines and antibodies are attracting attention as new drug discovery seeds. In this study, I developed stabilized helical peptides as POI degradation inducers. Within the period, I succeeded in developing helical peptide-based transcriptional inhibitors and degradation inducers targeting nuclear receptors. I have also developed cell penetrating peptides for efficient delivery of these molecules into cells.
