Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In men, cumulative medical expenses decreased as the number of consultations for special medical examinations increased in their 50s, but no obvious difference was observed in their 40s. In women, cumulative medical expenses declined as the number of consultations for special medical examination increased. Cumulative medical expenses decreased in exercise starting group and exercise continuing group by exercise habit change. The proportion of exercise commencement group and exercise continuation group was higher as the number of consultations for special medical examination increased. No conclusion has been reached since the observation period is a short period of less than 10 years. However, cumulative medical expenses tended to decrease when the number of consultations for special medical examination was large in males in their 50s and women of all ages. Moreover, examinees who acquired exercise habits and exercise continued in many people who underwent special medical examinations.
