１）施設利用者を対象とした年2回の聴覚チェックを予定通り実施した（９月、3月）
２）簡易個人騒音曝露レベル計による要介護度別の聞き取り調査を実施した（3月）。
３）ダイナミックサウンドシステム導入群と非導入（コントロール）群での行動変化に関するアンケート調査の開始（施設内耐震工事が入り現在中断中→H27 7月から再開予定）
４）過去データの統計学的解析処理（一部について学会などにて発表実施、平成26年5月、12月）

Reason
ダイナミックサウンドシステム導入群と非導入（コントロール）群での行動変化に関するアンケート調査は当該調査施設の臨時補修工事が入り、音響計測に不適と考えられたため、実施をH27 7月に延期した。
