| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
国内31施設より100症例を集積した。病理中央判定で30症例はWHO2010分類でNEC以外と診断し、70症例で解析を行った。70例中、31例がsmall cell NEC (SCNEC)、18例がlarge cell NEC (LCNEC)、21例がNET-G3であった。KRAS変異はSCNEC, LCNEC, NET-G3で各々48%, 50%, 0%、Rb免疫染色異常を59%, 47%, 0%に認めた。プラチナベース化学療法レジメンに対する奏効率は60%, 44%, 0%であった。以上の結果より、NET-G3とPDNEC (SCNECおよびLCNEC)の鑑別にはKRAS変異とRbの免疫染色が有用であり、プラチナベース化学療法レジメンに対する奏効を予測する可能性も示唆された。

平成28年度には膵をはじめとする消化器臓器原発NECのliquid biopsyの可能性について研究を進める。また病理検体を用いたバイオマーカー研究については論文による公表を目指す。
