| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Aim is to reveal relationship between immunological response and Treponema denticola or Campylobacter rectus, because we identified these bacteria specific to IgA nephropathy. C57BLmice were treated with these bacteria during 4months, and Campylobacter rectus induced IgA deposition. And We also revealed IFI27 in peripheral white blood cells decreased in IgA nephropathy patients, which was reported as article.
