Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) are based on the many processes. We recently cloned Synoviolin as an overexpressing molecule in rheumatoid synovium, and has been verifying its critical roles in RA. In this study, we investigated the role of synoviolin in bone and cartilage using Synoviolin conditional knockout mice and showed that Synoviolin has a crucial role in cartilage.
