| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
近年乳がんの治療成績が飛躍的に向上したが、トリプルネガティブ乳がんは依然治療手段が限られている。本学開発中のテーラーメイドペプチドワクチン（ＰＰＶ）は、標準治療抵抗性乳がん79例でも良好な臨床成績が得られ、そこでＨＬＡ型に関わらず投与可能で、治療薬としての汎用性の高い混合型19種類ペプチド（KRM-19)を開発し、その臨床試験実施中である。
標準治療抵抗性の進行転移再発乳癌（トリプルネガティブタイプ）に対し、本試験を開始して、本年度が最終年度となるが、これまで11症例に対し、ワクチンによる単独治療を実施した。
治療による注射部位の軽度な皮膚反応（グレード1-2）が最も多い有害事象であり、肝障害(グレード3）なども認めた。いずれも対症療法で対応可能であった。今年度では、残り数症例を登録できれば、目標症例に到達し、免疫反応性などの解析を行う予定である。
