| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
①咽頭からの淋菌臨床分離株の収集 協力施設を受診し同意が得られた淋菌咽頭感染患者および淋菌咽頭感染high risk患者（尿道炎、子宮頸管炎あるいは他のSTI患者やCSW）より咽頭スワブをシードスワブ2号で採取し岐阜大学泌尿器科に送付し、岐阜大学大学院医学系研究科泌尿器科学分野の研究室の-70°Cフリーザー内で保存した。②淋菌臨床分離菌株に対する抗菌薬感受性試験 保存されていた淋菌臨床分離菌株に対する各種抗菌薬の最小発育阻止濃度を測定した。③キノロン耐性機序の解析 キノロン耐性淋菌については、キノロン剤の標的酵素であるgyrA, gyrB, parCおよびparE遺伝子およびプラスミド性耐性遺伝子(qnr)の変異を検索している。④セフェム耐性機序の解析 Cefexime低感受性淋菌については、penicillin-binding protein 2をコードするpenA遺伝子の変異の有無を検索した。さらに、penB遺伝子およびponA1遺伝子の変異を新たに検索した。⑤Azithromycin耐性機序の解析 23SrRNA methlasesの有無、23S rRNAのdomain Vにおけるpeptidyltransferase loopの変化,efflux pumpのoverexpressionを引き起こすと考えられているmtrR遺伝子の変異を検索した。⑥耐性菌のclonalityの解析 耐性菌については、国際的な比較が可能なpor遺伝子とtbpB遺伝子の変化に基づくN. gonorrhoeae multiantigen sequence typing (NG-MAST)を実施した。⑦臨床効果の検討 淋菌咽頭感染患者および淋菌咽頭感染high risk患者の治療を行い臨床効果について検討している。
