Outline of Final Research Achievements

This study aims to develop an outpatient nursing consultation model utilization manual, an outpatient nursing consultation recording tool, and an outpatient nursing consultation evaluation tool in order to construct an outpatient nursing consultation program specialized for breast cancer. There were nine items to be noted in concrete care to be included in the application manual of outpatient nursing consultation model. There were 15 consultation contents included in the outpatient nursing consultation recording tool and 16 items of support contents. Outcome assessment to be included in outpatient nursing counseling evaluation tool had ten items concerning patient's treatment and changes in how to face medical treatment.
