Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In Japan, traditional strong commitment to workplace has prevented activating of female labor force and developing female managers. This study argues for the importance of designing the personnel system that considers the gender difference and social characteristics -for example, a lot of life-stage event - to develop female leaders.
