| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, i focused on the meal foods in Jomon-Yayoi period at the Kanto district.I took the analysis of ancient starch research for the changes of foods process on stone tools which were found at 21 archeological sites and charcoals on potteries which were found at 21 archeological sites.
Moreover, I took a multidisciplinary study for foods processing in Ikego Site(
South Kanto district)
