Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We developed an in vivo imaging system to combine spining-disc conforcal system with sensitive CCD camera. As a result of this project, we observed that the Nuclear factor of activated T-cells(NFAT)were translocated into nucleus in response to muscle contraction in adult skeletal muscle. We will apply this technique to see various phenomena in skeletal muscle in near the future
