Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study I tried to create disease model using genome engineering tool and clinical database. I focused on sleep disorder and used drosophila melanogaster as model organism. Fly mutants with candidate genes for Kleine-Levin syndrome or autism spectrum disorder are created using CRISPR/Cas9 system.
