| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
To realize a Hospitality Management, we need to know about relationship of the theory of Uncertainty. In the circumstance of uncertainty, we can practice a service to feel hospitality. However, we cannot see the former research about the difference of uncertainty, for example, hotels in the city, in the resort or Japanese style "Ryokans".
In this research, I compare them located in the several different field, in the cities of the countries of Asia and Middle East, in the resort of Asia and Africa, of course Japanese style "Ryokans".
I could recognize the control of the level of uncertainty is very important. Especially, the management of the fixing facilities, the buildings or villas and the other equipment, can drive employees to make more uncertainty relationship with the customers.
