Outline of Final Research Achievements

Learning communities are supported by general administrative positions and part-time workers in local governments, and stuff of NPO or private organizations in Japan.
In this study, practitioners of supporting learning progress their abilities by reflecting their practices and interchanging different experiences. It was also studied drawing up curriculum of forming ability of reflective practitioners, role of university in local community and certification of inter-university.
