Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study focuses on understanding and learning from the methods used in teaching Australian History Education. The reason why The researcher(I) am interested in Australian History Education system is that it is an inquiry and research based methods. My research questions are below; 1. How to conduct inquiry/research-based education in classroom, 2. Benefits of inquiry/research based history education, 3. Difficulties in conducting inquiry/research based education, 4. Influence of the National Curriculum introduced. The research found that the new history curriculum and syllabus introduced historical thinking concepts to enhance students’ competency skills. This systematically reinforces inquiry-based investigations.
