Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Gold thin film was immobilized on a glass plate. DSP molecules, which served as self-assembled monolayer, were immobilized on it. Anti-E. coli O157 antibody was immobilized on it. The glass plate was called as a sensor chip. The electrical signal was measured through a redox couple [Fe(CN)6]3-/4- by cyclic voltammetric analysis. The lower detection limit was 10 cell/mL.
