Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
初年度には細胞の老化→自然癌化モデルを作製した。 本年度は、増殖期 (Phase I)、増殖期の正常細胞を接触阻害によってG0期に静止させたもの(Phase II)、老化期 (Phase III) 癌化後(Phase IV)につき、樹立した細胞株全てに於いてそれぞれ安定同位体13Cで標識したグルコースを投与し、13Cを含む代謝産物の網羅的定量解析を行った。 その結果、老化細胞特異的、癌か細胞特異的に上昇している代謝産物や代謝経路を同定することが出来た。
