| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We generated iPS cells from patients with short coupled variant TdP (SCVTdP). Cardiomyocytes were differentated from control-iPS cells and SCVTdP-iPS cells. Then we performed the electrophysiological analysis using iPS cell-derived cardiomyocytes. We identified the specific phenotype in SCVTdP-iPS cell-derived cardiomyocytes.
