Outline of Final Research Achievements

①Incidence and risk factors for recurrent spontaneous preterm birth at multicenter were analyzed by retrospective study. ② We have developed a system that can be managed women with a previous spontaneous preterm birth using a standard protocol at multiple facilities. ③ In order to share the database among multiple facilities, a database was created using the latest EDC (Electronic Data Capture) research data registration system REDCap (Research Electronic Data Capture). ④ We launched HP to efficiently collect target cases. ⑤ It was shown that it is difficult to use blood microRNA for new biomarkers to predict recurrent preterm birth.
