Outline of Final Research Achievements |
A whole understating of Visually induced self-motion perception (Vection) was challenged. There are five important findings. Six colored expansional dot motion induced weaker vection rather than by mono color motion. Google cardboard (HMD) and Android cell phone made a new vection system and a new vection experience. Junior high school students perceived stronger vection rather than the adult participants. Different Postures modulated different strengths of vection. Inverted posture and laying posture can weaken vection. This challenge highly induced much better understanding of vection.
