精神疾患における神経グリア相関異常を解明するための再生医学技術を用いた橋渡し研究

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

平成26年度は、申請者らが独自に開発したヒト血液由来直接誘導ミクログリア様細胞(iMG)の作製技術を用いて、精神疾患患者からiMGを作製し、その活性特性を評価した。疾患の状態を反映するレスポンスを予備的な知見として得ることができた。ヒト皮膚繊維芽細胞由来直接誘導ニューロン(iN)に関しても、精神疾患患者由来のiNを作製し、その特異的反応の評価を行った。

iMG・iNともに作製できるシステムを整えており、実際に精神疾患患者から両細胞を作製し、その活性特性をすでに予備的に評価しているため、本研究は順調に進捗している。

平成26年度のシステムを稼働させ、サンプル数を増やすことで、妥当性を評価してゆく。

今年度は、研究立ち上げ期間であり、心理検査に要する臨床心理士の雇用の必要がなくなったため。
