Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study is development of mentoring support system promoting novice teacher's self-control. We examined how to support mentoring promoting novice teacher's self-control. Specifically, it was focus to the tablet terminal as a support tool of mentoring. We investigated what kind of information should be collected by novice teacher to prove effective mentoring. Then, based on the results obtained , we designed mentoring support system .
