Outline of Final Research Achievements |
A two-year prospective cohort study of 600 employees from a hospital and clinics of a social medical corporation was conducted to examine the effects of organizational justice (i.e., procedural justice and interactional justice) and workplace social capital on physical and mental health outcomes as well as on safety outcomes.
