| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
慶應義塾大学 眼科 ドライアイ外来に参加し、慢性移植片対宿主病によるドライアイ、マイボーム腺機能不全の症例の診療、研究に携わる。自覚症状のアンケート、フルオレセイン・ローズベンガル・リサミングリーンによる染色、シルマーテスト、Break up time of tear filmにより、ドライアイの重症度を評価した。また、meibumの圧出の程度、結膜充血・線維化・糸状角膜炎の有無等を観察し、眼表面を評価した。レーザー生体共焦点顕微鏡を用いて、マイボーム腺の形態や角膜輪部の炎症細胞、角膜の神経の走行等を観察した。
