Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Small molecules such as simvastatin can enhance osteogenesis of iPS cells and promote mature bone formation of iPS cells. Therefore, small molecules could be promising for investigating the basis of osteogenic differentiation of iPS cells for future bone tissue engineering to achieve successful results of dental implant and prosthetic treatments.
