Outline of Final Research Achievements |
There is a lot of disease that happen from abnormal membrane ossification and endochondral ossification occur to jaw deformation in the maxillofacial area. To establish a treatment method using the Pathogenesis and various factors by using a bone lineage disease-specific iPS cells. We collected FD lesion from FD patients and we cultured human FD cells. Although we could get wild-type iPS cells, we couldn't establish human iPS cells from the FD cells mutation yet.
