Outline of Annual Research Achievements

産前産後の休暇又は育児休業の取得に伴い,平成 26年 8月 1日～平成 28年 3月 31日まで研究を中断し，本申請課題の研究実施期間を必要な手続きを経て平成28年度から平成30年度までに延長した。研究再開は平成28年4月からとなったため，研究の成果はなし．

今年度の研究計画は，育児休業から職場復帰した看護職の実態についてアンケート調査を実施する予定で準備を進めている．
