| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
本研究は、錐体路障害のある脳卒中片麻痺患者において、(a)非侵襲的脳刺激歩行訓練と、対照実験として、(b)歩行訓練のみ、を行い、歩行機能における脳刺激の効果を検討するものである。。各々の介入前後で歩行機能、及び下肢機能の評価を行う。
平成27年度には、各々の介入前後で歩行機能、及び下肢機能の即時評価とともに、長期効果を確認するため、介入2週間後、1か月後の評価を行った。介入群においては、長期的にも、効果が持続する傾向が認められた。
