Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In the diseases in which clinically useful diagnostic / therapeutic markers have not yet been found, we measured the root hair / hair microRNA concentration, compared with the normal control group and examined the correlation with clinical symptoms, and found that hair roots / It was examined whether it could be a marker. Significant elevation was observed in dermatomyositis and psoriasis, suggesting the possibility of being used as a biomarker of disease.
