Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we aimed to determine whether TMS to the biceps brachii muscle during intermittent MVC for 3 days would affect muscle performance. Our results suggest that suprathreshold TMS to the biceps brachii muscle during intermittent MVC for 3 days improved muscle performance. This suggests that TMS during intermittent MVC facilitated earlier activation of a previously inactive motor pathway before training.
