Outline of Final Research Achievements

The purpose of this research is to propose effective educational methods to improve high-school students' Internet Addiction tendency. In order to achieve this goal, the author constructed a learning unit of Internet Addiction prevention education and implemented the teaching practice for students at High school in Tokyo. After this teaching practice, the author examined effective educational methods to improve high-school students' Internet Addiction tendency by analyzing about students’ annual changes of Internet Addiction tendency through this class.
As a result of questionnaires for students, it is concluded that "provide an opportunity for students to do R-PDCA cycle continuously", "implement the educational activities to encourage to adopt to internet environment", "provide an opportunity for students to discuss the desirable way to using Internet by their real intention" are effective to improve their Internet addiction.
