Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The purpose of this research is to clarify the relation between diversity fault-line and performance in Japanese firms. This year, the questionnaire survey for Japanese firms on diversity fault-line was designed and carried out on the analysis model that was led through from the review of previous researches last year. As the survey was conducted last December, the analysis of empirical research is ongoing. The achievements of this research will be reported on academic journals in human resource management, academic conferences and other outreach meetings.
