Outline of Annual Research Achievements

正常幹細胞と癌幹細胞の違いを探るべく、mRNA発現、タンパクリン酸化、代謝の観点からスクリーニングを進めており、特に脂肪由来幹細胞を用いてデータを蓄積中である。脂肪由来幹細胞に関して、細胞集団によるtyrosineのリン酸化の違いが存在することが判明し、現在詳細に解析中である。

現在、正常幹細胞に関して解析を進めており、得られた知見を足がかりに癌幹細胞における解析を準備中であり、概ね当初の予定通りである。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

正常組織幹細胞におけるheterogeneousな集団を同定し、解析中であるが、今後、癌幹細胞においても検討する。
