Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Recently, it is reported the efficacy of cancer immunotherapy including cancer peptide vaccine. Many reports show cancer peptide vaccine can induce CTL. There are not only CTL but also Th cells in the T cell subset and they roll important function for eradication of tumor. So we tried to identify the epitope can induce both CTL and Th cells and conduct immunological analysis.
