Research Abstract |
The analysis of the animal behavior with the method of the electric stimulation, the electric coagulation, and the low pressure absorption to the animal brain were very developed recently, because of their technical innovations. Then, the animal brain functions about the innate or learned control in the revelation and maintenance of the behavior were gradually getting clear and clear. But, these methods mentioned above have had some heavy defects. For instances, these were the lack of the reappearance, and the difficulties about the confirmation of the same neurone just observed and next observed. One the other hand, our new method has the prominent merit. The micro-electrode made with the semi-conductor could be heated or cooled by the direction of the electric current. The micro fine tip of the electrode into the animal brain could do innactive temporally, or permanently with the temperature of their surrounding the neurone cells, according to the electric current. The critical temparature on the temporaliness or not in animal brain damage, was just 45 C degree in warming condition, and about 8 C degree in cooling condition. These are very important facts. The traditional methods mentioned above, have had the heavy restriction of the lacks in reversible control of the neuron activity. The very fruitful products were obtained from the present study.
