| Research Abstract |
It has been indicated that there is a linear relationship between the temporal scale and the spacial scale of meteorological or climatological phenomena on the log-log paper, but there is few studies on statistical features. So that, the phenomena from micro-scale with horizontal a few hundreds kilometer to macroscale with a few thousands kilometer by means of analysing materials such as AMeDAS, weather charts and satellite pictures are investigated in detail. The following items are made clear: (1) Temporal and spacial scale of climatological and meteorological phenomena, (2) Their interrelationships, (3) Their seasonal or regional variations, (4) Relation to the socio-economic phenomena.
