| Research Abstract |
There are several important factors to be considered in order to reconstruct and develop the agriculture in Kyushu area, and bring up the status of viable farms. Followings are those factors found in a survey construct in many viable farms using the mailling and interview methods.
1) Promotion of infrastructural facilities
2) Stimulation of the enlargement of farm size by borrowing farm land
3) Efficient use of large machineries
4) Obtain the maximum benefit by reducing the cost of production of milk and beef by increasing the numbers by dairy and beef cattles
5) Expand the market through the adaptation of new information system
6) Efficient use of fixed capital and enlargement of loan system
7) Development of the managenial skill of farming
