Research Abstract |
The characteristics of the constitutions enacted by African states was the copy of its of the advanced countries and the continuation from the colonial orders. These constitutions were typed at every states that they were governed by France, England and etc., in the age of colony. In Africa, it is very difficult that the people's voice from the grass-root is reflected for the police of the national scale, because there are the lower percentage of the education of people or there are many struggles between the tribes. Further, the political and social circums tances of the states are in confusion, because the coup-deta occured sometimes in the every states. But, it is difficult that they put in practice the socialistic policy. To above study for the constitutional politics in Africa, we can comprehend that African politics held a part of the model of constitutional politics as such other states in the third world and the other of the special situation at the constitutional politics of Africa.
