Research Abstract |
The main purpose of this project is to study status and function of organizations, groups in socialist states. Many of the paticipants of this project researched the rights of freedom in socialist states and pubilished the book "Socialism and rights of freedom". In the reseach, we found it difficult to understand the problem of the freedom of the individuals in socialisit states from the standpoint of the relation between the state and the individual. In order toanalise the freedom of individulas in socialist states clearly, we thought, it is necesary to study functions of organizations, gruops, and the relation between organizations, groups, and individuals. Historically speaking, Socialist constitutions contained the chapters and sections relateing to the relation between organization, groups, individuals. For example, in the political prosecc of Rosian Revolution, Soviets, trade unions, cooperativ societies played a important role. And in Yugoslavia, the individual is a member of self-manegement organeizations. Though the consitution USSR 1936 ignorded the relation between organizations and individual, the constitution USSR 1977 contain the chapter of "Political system", the elements of which are peoples, state, political party, individual, social groups, worker's groups, public opinion and so on. The constitution USSR 1977 developed the theory on the relation between organization and individual. Recently, in USSR, many scholars and political leaders are discussing the problems on political and leagal reforms. In this discussions, they points out the necessity of the reforms of the local soviet, trade unions, electorical system and so on.
