Objects of Project :
Trial manufacturing of holographic grating with laser and dichromate-geratine Application of holographic grating (hologram) to measurement.
Merits of dichromate-geratine :
Grainless grating (hologram). High S/N ratio grating. Highdiffraction efficiency. Demerit of dichromate-geratine :
Low sensitivity especially at low spectral frequency. Results :
High diffraction efficiency grating ( more than 75 % ). Sensitization effect ( 10mJ/cm at 488nm wavelength ). Application to beam splitter of interferometer. High quality white light real-image refrection hologram.
