Research Abstract |
Concerning an electric sheet, We had reported that a quick quenching of high cilicon-iron alloys from 1100゜C supressed a B2 super lattice formation for Si sites, and a degree of order was roughly proportional to magnetic aniosotropy. Here using iron single cystals containing arround 6 wt.% silicon with the addition of mall amount of a third element such as Mo in order to to supress the formation of the superlattice, We described the quenching temperature dependence of the anisotropy and saturation magnetization. A remarkable decrease of room temperature anisotropy was found in crystals with the third element compared to those without the element. Also, We reported about application of a Chua type model to the loss and skin effect calculations. Our model is closely related with the Preisach and Payleigh models. As a result, it is found that the hysteresis makes the skin depth deeper.
