Research Abstract |
The housing policy in our country has promoted to increase owner occupied housing after World War II. Nothin is system to aid a lot of problems with addition, reconstruction and repair for improvement and maintenance after becoming house owner, but some proper systems of house supply and loan are provided for being easy to make houses one's own. The results are as follows: 1. At beginning the level of floor area was lowest in local public built house, highest in individual order, and in private maker built houses middle between them. 2. In local public built houses, the ratio of the added and reconstructed is highest. The main room added is for child. In private maker built houses, the proportion of repair enlarges. In individual order built houses, construction for maintenance decreases. 3. Those constructions are expensive, and addition is most. Many owners are groaning under heavy burdens, in local public and private maker built houses especially. Almost owners added, reconstructed and repaired, are very conscious of load for becoming house owners. 4. The aged owners are more conscious in each types, because they have constructed more frequently. 5. If same housing policy continues, it will be needed to provide new another systems of the low interest loan, the guidance and growing up special builders for improvement and maintenance.
