Research Abstract |
PURPOSE OF THE PRESENT PROJECT WAS TO SURVEY THE SUPPLY BOTTLENECKS IN PRODUCTION OF MANUFACTURED GOODS FOR EXPORTS IN CHINA.SUCH SUPPLY BOTTLENECKS RANGED FROM 1)SHORTAGES IN ENEGY,TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES AND OTHER INFRASTRUCTURE,2)LACK OF INFORMATION ON MARKET,PRODUCT QUALITIES AND STANDARDS 3)STRONG DOMESTIC DEMAND LEAVING LITTLE ROOM FOR EXPORTS.PERSPECTIVES FOR FUTURE RESEACH ON POLICY QUESTION SUCH AS HOW TO OVERCOME SUCH BOTTLENECKS WERE MADE IN THE CONCLUDING REMARK.
