| Research Abstract |
1. Analysis of carbohydrate structures of human urinary kininogenase in normal subject and pancreatic carcinoma, and porcine pancreatic and submaxillary kininogenases, using by fast atom bomberdment mass spectrometry. 2. Demonstration of the proteolytic prosessing of tissue prokininogenase. 3. Development of a new sensitive method for detecting tissue kininogenase. 4. Development of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay for human urinary kininogenase with monoclonal antibody. 5. Isolation of the kininogenase-producing cell from rat kidney.
