Research Abstract

1.代表的なDMET塩の反射スペクトルと熱電能を測定し電子状態を調べた.PF_6塩では反射スペクトルから求めた伝導度スペクトルにもギャップが存在することがわかり,熱電能も半導体的温度依存性を示した.BF_4塩は金属に特徴的なスペクトルと熱電能の温度変化を示した.二種のカラムではa軸に沿ったカラムの方がバンド幅が大きい.金属的電気伝導度を示すグル-プ3と4の塩では,カラム内ではグル-プ3の塩の方が相互作用が大きいことを明かにし,グル-プ3の塩の方が次元性が小さいという我々の考え方を実証した.2.DMETの誘導体である非対称なドナ-DMPT,DIMET,METを合成し,それらのラジカル塩の物性を研究したが,新たな超伝導体は合成できなかった.3.κー(BEDTーTTF)_2[Cu(NCS)_2]のTcはBEDTーTTFの水素体では10.4K,重水素体では11.1Kである.BEDTーTTFの外側エチレン基の ^<12>Cをすべて ^<13>Cに置換した錯体のTcはH体とD体の中間に位置し,この系のTcはBCS理論から予想される同位体効果とは逆である.外側エチレン基の原子置換により逆同位体効果が見られることにより,エチレン基のなんらかの振動またはエチレン基・アニオンのなんらかの相互作用がこの系の超伝導に寄与していることを明らかにした.κー(BEDTーTTF)_2Cu[N(CN)_2]Br錯体のBEDTーTTF水素体でのTcは11.8Kであるが,重水素体のTcは11.3Kと低く,通常の同位体効果を示す.4.これらの2種の錯体の格子定数の変化を室温から14OKまで比較し,ドナ-層と陰イオン層間の相互作用とTcの関係を調べた.5.金属ハロゲノ,擬ハロゲノ酸塩を対イオンとする多数の錯体を,2次元的でドナ-層と強い原子接触をもつ陰イオン層を導入することを設計指針としてスクリ-ン探索した.支持電解質としてNaN(CN)_2CuCN,NaN(CN)_2ーCuCl,CuBrーC(CN)_3,ROーC[C(CN)_2]_2などを,また酸素,セレン,テルルを含むドナ-を用いた.
