Research Abstract

東京・仙台、筑波、京都・名古屋、広島・九州の4班を構成し、基礎理論とオ-トマトン、離散的算法論、算譜言語と算譜合成論、翻訳系とOS理論を主たるテ-マとして研究を行なった。1990年12月には、京都大学数理解析研究所で研究集会を開催して、それぞれの成果を発表した。
東京・仙台班では、廣瀬・筧らが定理の自動証明に数学構造をメタ知識として埋め込む実験を展開し、その有効性を示した。佐藤は、算譜合成と直観主義での定理証明との関係を研究し、体系の階層化を持ち込むことでより自然な推論が可能になることを示した。上江洲は、公理化についての研究を行なった。また、伊理・榎本らは、グラフ算法を中心に多くの算法を見出すとともに、理論的な解明を行なった。森は、数値解析の結果を画像表示するに際して離散的算法の整理を行なった。
筑波班では、時間を陽に扱える新しい算譜論理nuを導入し、OSなどに見られる実時間での並行処理についての算譜検証を試みて成功した。
京都・名古屋班では、大芝が自動定理証明の基礎づけとして、エルブラン空間についての構成的な証明に成功した。また、中島は、分散環境でのOSについて、新しい方式を提示するとともに、その具現を行なった。
広島・九州班では、小野が非古典論理についての研究を深め、情報処理への応用についての考察を行なった。また、藤野・河原らは、オ-トマトンと形係言語、とくにセルオ-トマトンについて一連の研究を展開し、その性質の多くを明かした。
