Research Abstract	グラム陰性菌の外膜の透過性に関与すると考えられる外膜蛋白を精製し、これがボ-リン孔の形成に重要であること、又環境変化に応じて合成が調節される機構を解明した(中江ら)。特にporin孔の小さいPseudomonas等日和見感染菌の病原性との関連が注目される。高田らはBacteroidesのLPSによるヒト歯肉線維芽細胞よりの胸腺細胞刺戟因子(TAF)誘導について検討し、この画分はIL-1βに担われており、TAFの本体はIl-1αであることを示した。加藤らは、各種Streptococcus属のリポテイコ酸を調整し、TNF誘導能始めMeath A sarcomaに対する抗腫瘍性についても検討、密接な構造活性相関のあることを報告した。金政ら及び三輪谷らは、腸管感染菌の上皮付着性と宿主側レセプタ-を解明するために線毛の解析及び遺伝学的検討を行なった。これと関連して林らも細胞付着因子の同定を目標として80KbプラスミドからDNA断片をクロ-ン化し、大腸菌遺伝子との相同性を明らかにした。川田らは、Lacrobacillus,Clostridium及びVibrio parahaemolyticusを中心に外膜蛋白の性状を検討し、regular arrayの形成にたずさわる分子について考察を加えた。天児らは細菌の構成的病原因子の解析を系統的に行ない、その第一としてブドウ球菌細胞壁の電子顕微鏡による観察、Klebsiella属夾膜構造の詳細を明らかにした。抗酸菌表層物質については、新しい両親媒性物質の解析が田村らにより進められ、一部その基本構造が明らかになった他、矢野らは、本菌の最も特徴的な脂質であるcord facter及びその類縁ミコ-ル酸含有糖脂質の免疫薬理学的生理活性が糖及びミコ-ル酸構造と密接に関与することを明らかにした。更に光山らは、Listeria感染における細胞性免疫の誘導にIL-1が密接に関与することを明らかにし、益田らは、新しく細菌細胞の貧喰作用を観察するための簡便法を開発した。
