Research Abstract	各分担者の研究成果は次の通りである。(1)クロレラの培養の際に通気する炭酸ガスの濃度により、クロロプラスト内の脂質代謝が変化することが示唆された(川口)。(2)ラン藻より△6および△12の位置での脂肪酸の不飽和化が欠損した変異株を分離し、△12での不飽和化に関与している遺伝子のクロ-ニングを行った(村田)。(3)酵母液胞膜のH^1-ATPaseサブユニットaの構造遺伝子をクロ-ニングし、その全塩基配列を決定した(安楽)。(4)ペルオキシソ-ムの誘導形成条件下でのみ著しく発現する18KDaタンパク質が、非特異的脂質移送活性を持つことを見出した(上領)。(5)CHO細胞からホスファチジルセリン(PS)生合成欠損変異株およびPS生合成調節異常変異株を分離し、それらの性状を解析した(赤松)。(6)パン酵母のリン脂質生合成系酵素の細胞内局朝部位を解析して従来の単一酵素複数部位説を否定し、オルガネラ間輸送が必要な脂質を示した(渋谷)。(7)ホスファチジルエタノ-ルアミン(PE)メチル化経路の遺伝子PEM1,PEM2を例としてdeletion analysis合成フクレオチドによるプロモ-タ-の再構成などの分子生物学的アプロ-チにより、両遺伝子の発現調節に必要な配列を決定した(山下)。(8)がん遺伝子産物によるガングリオシド発現の変化をもたらす代謝段階を明らかにし、関与する糖転移酵素の特性を調べた(永井)。(9)モルモットハ-ダ-腺の脂肪合成酵素、アシルCoA合成酵素を抽出し、酵素学的性質を明らかにした(脊山)。(10)膜脂質の分子集合を解析するモデルとして、B型肝炎ウィルスの被膜脂質のアッセンブリ-機構を解明した(井上)。(11)脂肪酸結合楽ンパク質は組織特異性を持っており、各組織での分子種の特定、分布ならびに機能を明らかにした(小野)。(12)ヒマ芽生えの非特異的脂質転移タンパク質のイソ型A〜Dの一次構造を決定し、それぞれが器官特異的に発現していることを明らかにした(山田)。
